You can buy the Tune Talk sim card on the plane. Costs RM30 = 500 MB data, free 30 local sms, free 30 min local calls, free RM5 airtime. In Bukit area u will find so many money exchangers and I would say don't buy sim card because in Kuala Lumpur u will find Wi-Fi everywhere. There's a free bus in kl which has Wi-Fi also. But if u want to buy simcard then don't buy from airport because they charge more buy sim in City u will find cheap there.
